To request a CD of the latest Om Grown products available, please contact us. Please also provide the following information:

Your store name
Name of the person in charge of ordering
Street address for delivery
Telephone and e-mail address

Wholesale orders (minimum $300 per order) available to retail stores only.

When ordering, have the name of each item, and state preferred sizes, colour and quantity. We will confirm your order by telephone or email.

Note: We cannot guarantee your order as we have limited stock.

We accept orders from May until November each year.

Payment

Terms

If you are a new customer and would like to request terms, please contact us with at least 2 business references.

If you are an existing customer who already has an account with us, you may already be approved for terms.

Our payment terms are as follows: Payment within 30 days of receiving your order = no charge. Late payments, after 30 days = 2% interest/month will be charged to your bill until it is cleared in full.

NSF cheques will be charged a $20 processing fee.

Shipping Information

We ship wholesale orders to anywhere in Canada by registered mail. The shipping charges are calculated by the post office based on the weight of the product ordered. Please state whether you would like insurance added to your package.

After we receive your order, we will endeavor to ship it out within 3 business days. Once shipped, it usually takes another 3 to 10 business days to arrive. If you need your order rushed out, we can send it Express Post, for an extra charge.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. 5% GST will be added to the invoice.

Minimum order $300.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. All shipping and insurance charges are your responsibility, unless we have made an error with your order or you received already damaged merchandise.

Please report any damaged merchandise within 3 days of receipt of your order. Any worn, washed, or used product is non returnable.

How to return:

1) Contact us by phone or email and inform us that you will be making a return. 2) Mail return to: Om Grown, 350 Dukes Rd., Salt Spring Island, BC, V8K 2B5 3) Include a note about the reason for returning the item(s) and your name, phone number, email and address. 4) Once we have received your return, you may either choose to keep a credit for future purchases or request a refund. We will give you a credit/refund minus the cost of shipping and insurance.

Your privacy is important to us. The information that we collect about your business is in order to process your orders. We do not share your personal information with anyone else.
